These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vasa8 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before using vasa8.

18+ Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to create a vasa8 account or place any bet or wager. Age is verified during the KYC process before first withdrawal. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 are closed immediately with no return of balance. 18+
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on vasa8. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, vasa8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses or pending withdrawals.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vasa8 login credentials. vasa8 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to protect their credentials. Responsible Deposits

Accounts implicated in prohibited activities will be suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Governing Rules
These Terms & Conditions are the governing agreement between you and vasa8. In the event of any conflict between promotional materials, bonus terms, or game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless a specific written exception is explicitly stated in writing by vasa8 management.
1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vasa8 ("vasa8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the vasa8 website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any casino game or promotional activity offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
vasa8 operates as an international online betting and gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided through the vasa8 domain and its associated subdomains. The platform offers cricket sports betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures), live dealer casino games, slots, and specialty gaming products. Access to vasa8 services is subject to the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
These Terms are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation and dispute. These Terms may be updated by vasa8 at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, vasa8 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification.
By using vasa8, you acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. vasa8 provides entertainment services only and does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

- You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a recognised gambling addiction at the time of registration, and you are not using the platform in violation of any self-exclusion agreement you have entered into with any gambling operator.
Age Verification: vasa8 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification as a mandatory prerequisite to processing any withdrawal. During this process, the Player is required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document — which may include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — confirming that the account holder is 18 years of age or older. Accounts where the KYC documents indicate that the account holder is under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any balance in such accounts will not be returned.
Minor Protection: If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and you believe that the minor has registered on vasa8 or accessed the platform without authorisation, please contact [email protected] immediately. vasa8 will investigate the matter and close any account confirmed to belong to a minor. vasa8 strongly recommends the use of parental control software on devices shared with or accessible to minors.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of vasa8 services — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and depositing or withdrawing funds — you must first complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash or Nagad account.
One Account Rule
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on vasa8 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where vasa8 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to: (a) close all duplicate accounts; (b) void all bets, wagers, and bonus claims made from duplicate accounts; and (c) withhold withdrawal of any balance from duplicate accounts pending investigation.
Account Information Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC verification is truthful and accurate. vasa8 relies on this information to verify your identity, process withdrawals, and communicate important account notifications. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. vasa8 will not be responsible for failed communications or failed transactions resulting from outdated account information.
Username and Password
Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your vasa8 account. These credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify vasa8 support at [email protected]. vasa8 recommends enabling two-factor OTP authentication from the account settings panel as an additional security measure.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
vasa8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The current list of supported payment methods is displayed in the account wallet section after login.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Deposits via Bangladesh bank transfer are subject to a minimum of ৳1,000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by vasa8, though Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits within their account settings consistent with responsible gaming practice. Deposits are credited to the account wallet in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. vasa8 does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees charged by the Player's own payment provider are outside vasa8's control and are the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification. Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is 30 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. vasa8 charges no fee on withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Currency
All account balances, bets, and transactions on vasa8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). vasa8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players should ensure that their bKash, Nagad, or bank account is denominated in BDT before initiating any transaction.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
vasa8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional material, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general provisions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by vasa8 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. For example, a bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered in full 10 times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100% toward the requirement; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion.
Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only and apply to the first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, and per payment account. Players found to be abusing bonus terms — including by registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — will have all bonus amounts forfeited and may face permanent account closure.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and associated free bet credits carry an expiry date, which is stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Bonuses and any winnings derived from them that have not been used within the applicable validity period will be automatically removed from the account without notice or compensation.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered Player on vasa8, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another person; using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
- Money Laundering: Using the vasa8 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine betting and gaming activity; depositing funds through the platform with no intent to wager them.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any betting market, casino game, or tournament featured on vasa8.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the vasa8 platform without explicit written permission from vasa8.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or any other technical malfunction. Any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be voided. Players are required to report known errors to [email protected] promptly.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider for any deposit made to vasa8 while retaining any winnings derived from that deposit. Such action may be treated as fraud.
- Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any other individual to access or operate your vasa8 account, or operating a vasa8 account on behalf of another person.
vasa8 uses fraud-detection systems that monitor account and transaction activity continuously. Accounts flagged for potential prohibited conduct may be suspended pending investigation without advance notice. During any investigation, access to the account balance may be temporarily restricted. vasa8's determination in such matters is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
vasa8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
- The account holder is confirmed or reasonably suspected to be under 18 years of age.
- The account holder has voluntarily requested self-exclusion via the account settings panel or via [email protected].
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require vasa8 to restrict the account.
- The account has been dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
Voluntary Closure
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, vasa8 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining account balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure may have pending bonus balances forfeited.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. vasa8 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held by vasa8 and released in full upon the account holder reclaiming the account by completing re-verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vasa8 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses sustained as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
- Losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond vasa8's reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your login credentials.
- Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain errors or are out of date at the time of reliance.
- Losses resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bangladesh banking institutions.
The casino games and betting markets offered on vasa8 are provided by third-party software and content providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. vasa8 acts as a distribution platform for this content and is not the developer or operator of the underlying game engines. In the event of a dispute relating to the outcome of a casino game, the records maintained by the relevant game provider shall be the authoritative reference.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude vasa8's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by vasa8's proven negligence; or (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by vasa8. These exclusions apply to the extent permitted by law and do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
